What we do with your email
Last updated 24 September 2026
Who we are
House 11 is run by House11 Events Ltd, company number 15892745, registered at Unit 17 Orbital 25 Business Park, Dwight Road, Watford, WD18 9DA. House11 Events Ltd is the data controller. For anything about your data, email hello@house11events.com.
The email list
When you check in we keep your email address, the page you signed up on and the date, plus a record of your consent: the wording you saw, your IP address and your browser. We use this to email you about House 11 events. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. Our emails record when they are delivered, opened and which links are clicked.
House 11 is part-owned by RNS Group Ltd, whose brands Higher State and FanZone UK share the signup. Our form signs you up to House 11 and, unless you tap “Just House 11”, to those sister brands too; the wording next to the email field says which. Each brand emails you under its own privacy notice, and you can unsubscribe from any of them separately. If you sign up on one of their sites and include House 11, RNS Group Ltd passes your email address and consent record to us, and we email you under this notice.
The website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who handles your data
RNS Group Ltd runs the email platform on our behalf. Resend sends the emails, Render hosts the site. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. After that we keep the record of your choice so we do not email you again. If we ask you to confirm by email and you do not, the signup is deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. Email hello@house11events.com and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
